Chicken Salad Sandwiches
boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup COYOTE WILD sauce
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp salt
8 Tomato slices
Place the chicken in a zip-lock bag,
add COYOTE WILD sauce and seal the bag. Turn to coat and

reads 170 degrees. Cool; cover and refrigerate chicken until

Coyote Wild Beef
- 1 Beef
sirloin tip roast-4 lbs.
- 1 can (5 1/2 oz) spicy hot V8 juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 COYOTE
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup
packed brown sugar 1 tsp each salt, ground mustard and paprika
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 16 Kaiser
- Cut roast in half; place in a 5-qt
slow cooker. Combine the V8 juice, water, vinegar, COYOTE WILD
sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and seasonings. Pour
over the roast. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until
meat is tender.
- Remove meat and shred with two
forks. Return to slow cooker and heat through. Spoon 1/2 cup
meat mixture onto each roll.
Yield 16 servings
- 1 lb ground
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb bacon,
- 1 T mustard
- 2 T
- 3 cans (28 oz.) B&M baked beans
- 1 T vinegar
- 2 c COYOTE WILD sauce
- Garlic salt
and pepper to taste
- Brown ground beef with onion, garlic
salt and pepper. Cut up bacon into small pieces. Fry until
dark brown or crispy. And add to ground beef mixture. Stir in
remaining ingredients. Simmer on low or put in a crock pot.
Heat to serving temperature.
Yield 30 servings
Wild Pulled Pork or Beef Sandwiches
- 5 lb boneless
pork roast, lean chuck or bottom round
- 3 tbs COYOTE WILD seasoning
- 1 cup water
- COYOTE WILD sauce (to taste)
- Rub seasoning over roast all sides.
Place meat in a 6-quart slow cooker. Add the water. Cover and
cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 4-5 hours or until meat
is very tender. Place meat on a large cutting board or platter
and let rest for about 10-15 minutes. Pull, slice or chop to
serve. Serve in buns and with Coyote Wild Sauce.
- Variation 1: After pulling meat
return to slow cooker and add Coyote Wild Sauce to meat and
heat to serving temperature.
- Variation 2: Use cooked rotisserie
chicken, de-bone, add Coyote Wild Seasoning and heat on stove
top. Serve with Coyote Wild Sauce or add Coyote wild Sauce
while heating on the stove.
